Returned goods will not be accepted without expressed written authorization from MyDispenser, Inc. You must obtain an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) by sending an email to C.S@mydispenser.com. No returns will be accepted without a proper RGA# marked on the shipping label.
No returns will be accepted beyond 15 days from original date of shipment.
Credit will be issued only after the return is received and the merchandise is counted and inspected; only Approved & returns will be credited. Please allow 7-10 business days for credit to appear in your account.
All items returned must be in original, resalable condition and must be shipped Freight Prepaid.
A 25% restocking charge will be applied to all returns, except for those goods that are returned due to defect or mistake in picking from our warehouses. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. It applies even in those cases where a substitute order is placed. Any product damaged in shipping due to customer negligence will not be accepted for return for credit.
